Bittersweet-ness!

On Sunday evening we took Addison to the airport and away he went. We were all sad to see our glue go. Monday was memorial day and even Addison-less, we were determined to have a good time. Tessie, Amber, Chris, Azriel, Ben and I found ourselves in Kaneohe and we quickly dragged Chris into Jamba Juice for his very first Gotta'-Guava experience! We didn't have an agenda or anywhere we needed to be, so we just wandered the mall strolling into any shop that looked interesting. The pet shop was the first to catch our eye and we spent a while in there admiring the cute, fluffy creatures. Tessie and I fell in love with the kitties and brought one into a seperate room to play with. After the pet shop we found ourselves in the bookstore and couldn't drag ourselves away from story time in the children's section. The bookstore was probably the highlight of the entire Kaneohe adventure. We had a wonderful time, and a lot of we-wish-Addison-was-here moments sadly, and finished out the trip with a delicious Cold Stone adventure. It was a good day. :)
