Bliss!

This spring term has been the best six weeks of my life! Not because of classes and work, but because of my awesome Ohana! This term I have been so blessed to have the best friends in the world and they have changed me for the better! We are best friends and we did everything together all the time! There were definitely some highlights though.
Midnight Run in the Rain: Tessie was our faithful runner and was constantly trying to convince us all to be good and excersize with her. One night she actually did it! Everyone. Me, Addison, Azriel, Lauryn, Amber, and Chris! So at 11:00pm we all put on our running shorts and ran to Temple Beach! Then we continued to run along the beach! As we ran it started to rain, just like it had been all week. After the beach we walked down Hale La'a to the temple and by then it was midnight and pouring and we were drenched. On the temple lawn we did an awesome ab workout and played in the rain. We did yoga, and leapfrog, and laughed together so much! As we walked back to campus we went puddle jumping, caught frogs, and then body surfing outside the library! We were soaked all the way through and entirely filthy. Then we splashed our way over to hale 4 and took amazing family pictures with Addison's waterproof camera. :) That was by far the most amazing and memorable night ever!
Relay for Life: The friday night before we all went home (May 27) was the Sadie Hawkins dance and it was super duper fun! Afterwards our Ohana all hung out in the courtyard and at 1:30am we hopped on a shuttle to Hau'la prepared for a long night of Relay for Life. Once we got there and all changed into our Learn to Serve shirts we hit the track and we were the life of the party! We danced and laughed around the track for two and a half hours! We even did almost an hour of zumba, kick-boxing, and other crazy stuff. We were all sore the next day :p It was one of our last nights together and we had so much fun! At 4:00 we left Hau'la and continued to party. Saturday was our last weekend and we spent all day at Waimea. It took some persuading, but finally Tessie and I convinced everyone to jump off the rock! On the way home we stopped at a farmers market and got fresh fruit! It was definitely a successful weekend! I love our Ohana!
